2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Strasse 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data. This may include the requested page or file, access time, referrer, browser and operating system information, device type and IP address. According to IONOS, IP addresses are anonymised immediately for web hosting and WebAnalytics. Log data may be retained for up to eight weeks.
The processing serves the secure, stable and technically reliable provision of the website and its statistical and technical optimisation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. IONOS WebAnalytics
IONOS WebAnalytics may be enabled by default for statistical evaluation and technical optimisation. According to IONOS, it does not use cookies. The transmitted IP address is anonymised immediately and no personal visitor profiles are created. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact
If you contact us by email or through the form, we process the information to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions. The form requests your company or organisation, name, business email address and message. Transmission is encrypted when the site is accessed via HTTPS.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures or contract performance and, for other business enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website does not store form submissions in its own database; messages are forwarded to info@gesthub.com.
We delete enquiry data once it is no longer required for its purpose. Statutory retention duties, including those applicable to business correspondence, remain unaffected.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Recipients may include IONOS as hosting and email provider and technical service providers where required for operation, security or communication. No transfer to third countries is intended for the website functions described here.
6. Cookies and external content
This website itself does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not embed external fonts, maps, videos or social-media plugins. Partner websites are opened only when you actively select the relevant link; their own privacy information then applies.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In North Rhine-Westphalia this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Kavalleriestrasse 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, www.ldi.nrw.de.
8. Security and updates
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Please access this website via HTTPS only. We update this notice when the website functions, service providers or legal requirements change.
